Brian Corey - Biography

Brian Corey (Member of the Actors Equity Association) Brian began dancing when he was thirteen years old, and by the age of sixteen he was a member of the Delaware Regional Ballet Company. He is a graduate of New York City’s American Musical and Dramatics Academy and also holds a BFA in Acting Performance from West Virginia University. His national touring credits include Hello Dolly, Funny Girl, and Barry Manillow’s Copacabana, in which he was also the choreographer. He performed in the show Hair on Broadway for the Actor’s Fund Benefit Concert. Some of his favorite roles have been Tommy in Annie Get Your Gun, Leading Player in Pippin, Buford in F.M., and Slightly Soiled in Peter Pan. Some of his choreography credits include Jekyll and Hyde, Cinderella, Short Notice, and Kiss Me Kate. He has taught around the country and has recently decided to grow roots here in Pittsburgh.
